I bought one too: a pressario F572US at Staples at end August($470 w/$20 rebate). Now I love the notebook and Vista Home Premium but I had a battery go bad already and I notice the power connector is little flacky.

I just bought at the Office Depot a Compaq F572US for $629 and I got two rebates totaling $180. As the ST in NJ is 7%, the final math shows that the true cost will be $494, which I think it is a pretty good price.<BR/><BR/>Tony Partida,<BR/>Cherry Hill, NJ
